I am a new rider and I was trying to outfit my bike with necessities. There were perfect and would buy again.

Simple design without advertising or additional design lines to make cleaning the bottle difficult.This is a simple design which makes cleaning very easy. Not like others with ribs or embossed designs.I never have difficulty in removing and holding this bottle with sweaty hands ( I do not wear gloves)The bottles fits well with their own and my other bike bottle holders.The holder is great for the price and is 10 grams heavier than my 10 times more expensive carbon holder.So why pay more for a piece of equipment which performs the function of keeping liquids safely contained until you need it.

I’m a big fan of the bottle holders so far but pretty annoyed with the bottles themselves. My initial concern was that the little notch at the top would be an issue in holding other water bottles aside from the ones that it comes with. The picture shows the notch fits right into the little crevice on the bottles it comes with... but worried that would make other bottles stored on my bike unstable and fall out when I go over a bump. So far so good! I’ve used my hydro flask bottle with these holders several times and no issues, bottles are secure! I still get nervous every time I go over a bump still though.The water bottles are pretty cheap. They have an extremely strong plastic smell that doesn’t go away over time. I’ve washed this at least a dozen times and still can smell the plastic so haven’t used it much.Also this product Disney come with the Allen wrench needed to install which was kind of annoying. Luckily I already own a various size set so i was not too bothered by this but I can see why others would be annoyed.I’d give this 3.5 stars if I could. Was leaning toward 3 because the bottles smell so bad and no Allen wrench. But since my main purpose was buying this for the holders and they’ve proven surprisingly sturdy, im giving 4 stars. I’ll update comments if the plastic smell ever goes away though

The water bottle holder installed very easily on my bike. The bottle is a good size, a little larger than the one I had previously. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase!

Its a bottle holder and it holds the bottles. BUT it does not hold them securely. Hope people are able to make the distinction.The bottles are really easy to slide out, rather too easy in fact. These cannot handle bumps on minor gravel trails, forget jumps. The bottle will tumble out of the holder and roll down the trail if you are going fast downhill on a rough trail. This was the first thing that happened on my Giant Revolt when I went a bit too fast on a gravel trail.I thought the bottles are too narrow for the holder but nope. The bottles are fine and are gripped nicely in my Cannondale holder. Its the cage/holder that is too "loose". I tried Camelbak bottles in these cages and they too slide out way too easily.There are numerous easy fixes for this problem so I won't be returning these because the value is unbeatable and bottles are pretty good quality with no smell. But I do hope they fix the cages and make them a bit tighter.

I was a little disappointed that this came with no installation hardware. I understand that some of the really expensive bikes have mounting screws already in place... but let's face it... if you are purchasing a really expensive bike are you buying a $7 water bottle?? My son's Walmart 10 speed did not have the mounting screws on the frame!! I'm handy and made it work, but I could see this being a big issue for someone without the tools and no how.

Cages are fine so far.Bottles started leaking at the cap soon after purchase but not a huge deal. Not pouring out, just dribble when bottle is squeezed.

First off the bottles seemed really good. I liked the grip of the lids while removing. But the pop top mouthpiece leak as you drink from them. Not so much a problem on hot summer rides, but in the winter you don't want water dripping down your face and chest. Two months later both tops cracked were they seal when screwed on. I probably used them on less than 20 rides. Currently reside in the recyc bin.The other problem was with the cages. The edges are too sharp and aggressively scrape and nick the water bottles while being removed and inserted. I filed them down to solve the problem, also the cages work with my new bottles, so not a total loss. The reviews about the cages braking must be people on mountain bikes and rough terrain because they seem plenty strong for road use. IDKTwo main reasons I bought these were the grippy tops and the fact they were U.S. made. Even more so they were made in my state and right up the interstate. What a disappointment.Replaced with bottles I discovered that are made in Croatia, sadly at Walmart. The new bottles range from 20-26-32 ounces, the tops seal perfectly and mouthpiece is soft and seal with no dribbles , they fit these cages well.Not recommended at all...Unless you enjoy being disappointed...If that's your thing then buy 2 sets. ha

I disliked that I had to accept black bottles but was contacted by company saying they were out of stock and could they send the black ones instead. Also doesn’t fit my bike
