Great product for the price. The overall installation went smoothly within a few hours. I love all the color options and the convenience of the remote control.

The fact that this can be mounted inside or outside the wall, or on feet is incredible. We ended up mounting it on the wall.Overall, it looks good and functions well. The heat is enough to enjoy. I wish it had a more natural flame looking option for the colors. I’m not a fan of fake colors and want the warm tones of natural fire. There is one color mode that is acceptable for that purpose.

The media could not be loaded. I would have given 5 stars but our first unit came in faulty. The flame only went 1/2 way across. Amazon wanted me to reach out to provider to try and troubleshoot however they never responded. Called Amazon back and they quickly sent me a replacement. It works beautifully. But I do have to return the faulty unit. We were able to remove a couple boards and doors off of our current TV stand and this unit fit perfectly. Looks like it was built in originally. This unit has so many variations of colors and flames. It’s really nice!!!

Works great for the price!

We had read the reviews and thought this would be a good choice for our fireplace we were building. It is absolutely terrible! As soon as we turned it on, there was a humming mechanical sound that would only quiet enough to not be an annoyance if at one speed of flame. After a week of use, a strip about 6" wide of the flame would turn yellow no matter what color flame we would change it to. And then, after only having the heat on for about an hour, we noticed a disfiguratiin in the reflective backing as if it had been melted by the heat. This is ridiculous. $219 should absolutely get me a better product.
