This was the first time I mail-ordered a recliner. My partner and I spent several weeks shopping online for recliners and reading many reviews. We came to this model and were encouraged by the positive feedback for the product and customer service. I am a bigger guy, so I was looking for something with a higher weight limit. My partner was looking for something as durable and comfortable.We pulled the trigger and bought 2 of these recliners. We have been extremely pleased with the delivery process and product. Each chair arrived in its own box, and they were fairly easy to lift and push. The boxes were just narrow enough to get through our apartment door.I am blind, so my girlfriend was in charge of unpacking and assembling. This process was so easy that she had both chairs unpacked, unwrapped, and assembled in less than 20 minutes.We have had the chairs for a couple of weeks, and they are outstanding. Although their construction is of lighter weight material, it is still strong. However, I would not advise getting these chairs if you have teenagers that will jump into them or horse around. These are better for adults who will take reasonable care of their furniture. I'm near the weight limit of the chair but have had no problems because I don't push the structural envelope with it. Great chair for the price.

Arrived pretty quick, securely packaged. The seat is comfortable, lower back portion is good and arm rests are cushy. Now for design flaws: Opening the foot rest it FLIES open quick and is hard to close. When just sitting regular there's to much space to rest your head, will need to order a head rest pillow to fill the gap. If you try to just lean your head back while sitting it makes your back arch..It's solid, doesn't rock or swivel.I'll be back to edit in a few weeks to update if things change.

very comfortable and easy to put together

The chair is pretty at first sight, but when you start using it, it's not comfortable. It is hard to recline and keep reclined. It does not seem very sturdy, despite weight limits. It's light and moves around too easily. I wish I had done more research and found something that had more value for what we paid. Not very versatile, considering that it's a struggle to keep it fully reclined. (You have to keep your feet pressed against the foot to keep the chair fully reclined.) Not worth what we paid. Once the chair is open, the foot has to be forced closed because the mechanism does not catch to keep it closed.Update on Sept. 5, 2024: As I wrote before, the chair was very hard to close and the foot had to be forced closed. Today, I tried to close the foot and the above pictures bar that controls the close motion snapped. First picture is proof of purchase date on January 2, 2024. The very last picture is what the bar is supposed to look like. Unless you want a $300 non-functioning chair, look elsewhere.

They are so comfortable!!! Good quality and came in early…6 days after ordering. Very cushiony & reclines smoothly. I think it’s the perfect size for me (5’3”), but it is a just a little short on my husband (5’9”). We love them!Update 1 year later- starting to wear down fast. Rips in the the material and wood parts sticking out causing it to be uncomfortable.

Super easy to assemble! Very easy to move to fit in with existing furniture/decor. Any COMFY!

It is perfect for my grandma. Vey comfortable and easy to assemble. The color brown looks amazing.
