Gets the job done!
This is a well made resistance band that I haven't had roll on me. I use it for activation warm ups. I'd say the resistance level is medium-high, not quite medium as stated but not as high as others I've tried including hip circle. I appreciate the neoprene cover to tuck the extra band (could do without the big lettering on it, though, but you can turn in to the inside).It is a great value for the price and comes with a little carrying bag.

Great
The band works great and is nice quality. It grips well but also isn’t too difficult to adjust. I don’t have any issues with it sliding off my legs or anything like that. I appreciate that it comes with a mesh bag to store it in. Mine didn’t come with any defects or quality concerns. It looks and works as advertised. I don’t have any complaints at all, I really like it. I give it 5 stars.
