Q: So does it effectively remove calcium build up?

It will remove normal Calcium deposit buildup of abt 6 months. If your deposits are from a longer time period you will have to double the run time of your cleaning cycle the first few times you clean with a transfer pump type system.The longer you run the pump, the cleaner it will be.

Q: The kit shows steel braid hoses (awesome) and says the hoses are 6' (awesome). Is that what comes with this kit? I see pictures of plastic hoses.

They are basic washer hoses as far as I can tell. They may be steel braided under the rubber, but I doubt it. They are about 3 0r 4 feet. The kit works very well. We have had it and used it for about 2 years now. We just buy the new chemicals from Amazon and reuse the kit. I would recommend it.

Q: Once finished and rinsing pump, how to remove all water from pump for proper storage?

I just kept running it. I didn't find that the pump itself really held much water. I have only done it one time, but it seemed to be okay.

Q: Does this work with Noritz tankless water heater?

Should work with any tankless water heater. Th e kit attaches to the water inlet and outlet which is the same on all common tankless heaters.
