Helps balance my cortisol
It helps and it helps fast. If I have too much cortisol and can't sleep, it brings it down in about 15 minutes so I can konk out. If I'm dragging it help perk me up. I use it as I'm prone to adrenal fatigue and chronic fatigue. I bought the 4oz. If you follow the directions and drop it in 2oz of water, the taste should be tolerable. I made the mistake of getting lazy and shooting it directly into my mouth once- NEVER AGAIN. Always use the water LOL. And down that water like a shot. It helped me, I would buy more.

Works well!
It works just like it's supposed to, helps calm me down after a lot of prolonged stress. I would highly recommend it to anyone who's got a lot on their plate. I will caution however that if you take it like it's dosed as I did, your magnesium/potassium levels *may* drop so be very careful. If you know your levels are already low, take less or take a supplement to counter this. I ended up using magnesium lotion which actually also helped with dealing with my stress levels.

I use this due to the heavy work load I have, long days, precision work.That plus I want to feel great doing this, a little knowledge of the biological functions of the endocrine system also helps.I have been taking for a few months, I am 59, it works well with Ganoderma coffee, reishi extract and MACCA adrenal support extract.

Takes a While but it Definitely Works
It works, but slowly. Overwork, not enough sleep and sickness helped to deplete my adrenals. I am using this product to strengthen them. I think it is working, but it has taken a few months. I'm a lot better than I was.
