Q: Will this fit a 32” tv? i know recommended is 42-80 but my 32” has vesa of 200x100 so will fit the range but why is minimum recommended 42” if so?

The arms on the back of the bracket are quite long, they would probably stick out behind the back of a 32” and be visible

The holder has an arm length of 101 cm. If you subtract the 60 cm from the wardrobe, then stay 40 cm. The TV would be 40 cm in front of the wardrobe. Does the TV have to be pushed to the right or left?

Q: want to put my tv within a cabinet with the exact space. Need to move the tv sideways for extend it? Or would extend straight out without moving side?

You can move the wall holder to all sides and to the front. All joints can be rotated up to 350 ° (if not the wall cupboard or arm are in the way.)
