I work at an animal sanctuary and its expensive to buy lettuce for all our rabbits and tortoises. This mat was abundant and was really exciting to watch it grow. It kept us going for ages.

radishes fine, not sure about carrots
Little to no germination of lettuces, no sign of spring onions, radishes fine, not sure about carrots, yet. Love the idea but the result disappointing.
