I got this green tea capsules with green coffee beans and apple cider vinegar to help with energy and weight loss. So far they have a very high quality ingredient, great value for the price, easy to use, easy to swallow, more energy, clearer thinking, antioxidants, I have noticed since I've been taking it for a couple weeks but I do sleep better at night, my mind doesn't race as much. I really like that you only have to take one capsule a day. And another thing I really enjoy is it does not give me the jitters like I feel like I'm high on caffeine.
