Honestly, I didn’t expect much from creatine in gummy form, but I’m glad I gave these a shot. I’ve been using them for a couple of months now, and they really work. I’ve noticed a steady increase in my lifting performance, and I don’t feel as worn out after workouts. The taste is great, and they don’t upset my stomach at all.

Basically lying on their marketing. Claim is 3000MG per serving on the advert and front of pack. On the rear of the pack it says 1.7g (1700mg) per 2 gummies serving. AVOID! - if they are lying about this, what else are they lying about?? Doubt it even has creatine in it....

They taste awful, not like strawberries at all, as for energy, I do feel more energised and like I could lift more, fast working, if they didn't taste so bad I'd probably give 5 stars, that's how bad they taste😂 thankfully, these was just a back up from my subscription on other protein gummies but I have changed it to different gummies, energy or not, i do not want these again haha not worth the after taste 😂

I bought these thinking they were similar to a previous purchase I had made. When I took them they didn't taste like strawberry at all, i can't even think what flavour it was it was that awful, you also get an after taste with these that lasts a while and nothing would get rid of it. I definitely wouldn't recommend these to anyone
