I've been using this 2-in-1 tablet laptop for my everyday work and browsing, and it's been really efficient and handles everything well.Firstly, the Intel N100 processor makes it perfectly capable for daily tasks like browsing the web, checking emails, streaming movies, and working on documents. The 16GB of DDR5 RAM keeps things running smoothly when I have multiple things open, and the 512GB SSD is a great advantage – plenty of fast storage so I don't have to worry about running out of space. Getting lifetime free MS Office 2024 right out of the box is a massive bonus too!The 14-inch screen is excellent. The 1920x1200 resolution looks sharp and vibrant, and the taller 16:10 ratio is fantastic for scrolling through documents or websites – you just see more. The touchscreen works flawlessly and feels very responsive whether I'm using it in laptop mode or as a tablet.It also comes with the ports I need: a Micro HDMI for hooking up to a monitor or projector, a USB Type-C port for full funtion and a USB Type-C port for charging (which is handy). Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 work flawlessly for fast wireless connections. The four speakers provide decent sound quality for calls and videos – better than most laptops I've used. The backlit keyboard is comfortable to type on。To sum it up, this 2-in-1 is working great for me. It feels well-built, It has a reasonable weight, not heavy at all, making it easy to carry around for daily use. it's a really apt choice for students, remote workers, or anyone needing a versatile and portable Windows machine for daily productivity and entertainment.

Overall good product, but just didn't work out for me.Pros:* Great size (especially for me who wanted to use it for note taking and sheet music for piano)* Package came with accessories (HDMI cable)Cons:* Didn't work with the stylus I usually use (I have an HP Envy and was hoping I could use that stylus on this laptop, but it didn't work)* the keyboard case isn't as flexible as I thought (also kinda annoying to have to setup the bluetooth everytime)

I could not get keyboard or touch pad to work, but tablet was great, but a little slow.I emailed the company through Amazon, and they sent me directions to turn on Bluetooth and pair with keyboard.As shown in the little user manual. I just thought it was example for other Bluetooth attachments.Also there are charging cord for both keyboard (white with 2 round magnetic attachments) and also for monitor screen (black with c to c ends, includes AC plug). So remember to keep both charged separately.Best also to get an external Hub (Dongle) with USB Type C connector with multiple connectors. Perfect size screen. Also great for music sheets esp when turned in portrait view as Tablet. Have fun. I am still learning, probably for ever.

I have been looking for a replacement laptop/tablet for my old Surface Pro and discovered the EYY 2 in 1 Laptop/Tablet Computer on Amazon. In comparing with the new Microsoft Surface models, I found that EYY 2 in 1 had just about the same features I was looking for - Intel N100 (UP to 3.40GHz), 16GB LPDDR5, 512GB SSD Windows 11 Laptop at about a third of the price! When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the screen resolution and smooth operation of the laptop/tablet. I would certainly buy it again or recommend it to others!

Unable to get the laptop to connect to windows 11. Asked for help but was unable to resolve issue with laptop through customer support. Returned but no refund. If not can the item be returned to me
