5G WiFi Automatic Cat Feeder with Slow Feed: 7L Automatic Dog Feeder with Smart APP Control, Auto Cat Food Dispenser with Alexa for Multiple Pets, Detachable for Easy Cleaning

I needed to ask a few questions on this feeder before I purchased. I needed to know the size of it and nowhere in the listing did it state this and the seller promptly send me a message with the measurements. I was looking at auto feeders and there is many out there with various prices and really did study the reviews and this one was far the best from reviews I was reading and the price was in the middle and not too expensive. I loved the fact it holds 7lt where most of them are 4lt This arrived this morning and could not wait to set it up. I see from other reviews the container was a bit fiddly and I took note of this and see that you have to angle it a certain way and turn it into place, got it spot on straight away. Connected to WiFi was very easy and simple no issues at all. Filled the container up, checked the lid and locks in well. Set times up in app, 1 feed is very little so time will tell by judging how much my cat needs on each feed so I have set it to five feeds 3 times a day and will adjust to 6 if needed. My feeder will be feeding 2 cats. You can just manually feed your cat in the app if needed. The feeder has connected to my Alexa and I need to work out how I can do it through Alexa which I am struggling with and hopefully it will work through Alexa. The feeder its self is a good size and would work well with dogs too. I don’t have the room for another feeder for the dog so trying to find room for another one for the dog. Putting this together was pretty simple - even I could follow the instructions so it should be a dawdle for everyone! You will need to get some D batteries and have it hooked up to power (it didnt seem to work at first when I just had the batteries in which was a little surprising). Good thing is that it is USB-C which is very convenient. It seems to be pretty good quality so far - my kittens are yet to knock it over. There is an additional piece to mount it to a wall (which they recommend you do) but that was a bit of a faff so I didnt bother and seems to be ok. The app was a little weird to start with but once I got the hang of it I was away laughing. I set some schedules and then realised the second option was to set the amount of each feed which was helpful. I also like the fact that you can manually dispense food (either on the app or the device). The hopper is a decent size and seems to hold enough of my kittens food for a good few days so far (probably up to a week). No issues with the food size - it seems to dispense well. My kittens are now used to hearing the beep and their food hitting the bowl - they come running!

Love it! We officially got it, if we have to leave our pets alone for the night, but using it every day. It was easy to set up and can hold a lots of food. We do not have the battery for it, but plug Ed in it’s working just as fine too. I love how I can set schedules and can adjust how much food coming out. For the price it’s perfectly worth it!

Great automatic dispenser, needed it for when was away for night to feed the dog. I might have to look at other smaller dry food as mine was on large side, but it dispensed ok. Setup was easy , which was bonus . The only thing I would say is the top is a pain to take on and off to fill up , but it manageable .

Great works perfectly schedule set up for feed times

This is a terrible feeder. It looks nice, but is unreliable and inconsistent in its feeding. It misses at least 1 or 2 'feeds' a day, despite the app saying it has successfully delivered the food. This doesn't reassure me that my cats have been fed whilst I'm at work or away. The portioning doesn't make sense either, 1 portion = 8g, 2 portions =12g and 3 portions =24g. I have returned this and would void at all costs.

It was really easy to set up, and fed our cats consistently and well. The app is decent too. Unfortunately there's a flaw in the design which my cats have quickly figured out... They've learned that they can stick their paws up into the hopper and knock additional food out... They've been doing this every hour and gotten at least an extra two or three meals a day out of it! Unfortunately having to return and buy a Petlibro instead (their design doesn't allow them to bump extra food out)

I absolutely love this product. The app is free to use and easy to set up. You can set up an unlimited amounts of feeding schedules throughout the day. No issues to report. Been using it for a month now.

Doesn’t reliably dispense food. We’ve had this set up for five days and it’s missed at least 4 scheduled meals, although the app says the food was dispensed. The portions are too big for cats. A single portion is 11 grams of our kittens’ food, so the slow feed option is functionally pointless. Really disappointing. I wouldn’t trust my cats to actually be fed if I had to be gone for a day.
