Works Great!
I bought this for my blue collar man who works long days outside with no available microwave. He does a lot of meal prep and usually eats cold food. I hated that for him and previously bought a lunch box that plugged in his work truck to heat up. It took too long and needed water. This one is so convenient. He is able to set a timer ahead of time or warm it up when he is ready. The food is more than warm enough to eat. Even hot. He absolutely loves it and all of his work buddies are jealous. We have had it for about a month and he uses it daily and we have had no issues. He fills it in the morning and takes a second container of food to dump in there for later in the day. It has good portion size and light weight. Definitely worth the money and we highly recommend it.

Easy serve plates
Fabulous luau platters. Sturdy and compostable. The compartments easily keeps food apart. The extra compartment for utensil makes this plate practical. Size is perfect.

Bulky and not great
I was really disappointed with this cordless electric lunch box. It took too long to heat up my food—nearly 40 minutes—and even then, it wasn’t evenly warmed. The lid doesn’t seal well, so it’s not ideal for travel. It’s also bulkier than expected, making it inconvenient for daily office use. Battery life is not great either. Overall, not worth the price for the performance it delivers. Would not recommend.

Wish it was hotter.
Doesn't heat food hot enough, but above warm. Soups or foods with sauces heat best for obvious reasons.
