Unfortunately, I purchased these assuming that they were extract from the pit of the apricot which I’ve heard are good for you - but looking closer at the product description I’m not so sure about that. I really am hesitant to even take these now since I’m not entirely sure what part of the apricot the extract is from. Sorry, can’t recommend these in good faith without knowing more about them.
