Sweet radio just no customer support/instructions.
The media could not be loaded. Comes with lack of instructions, and if you are struggling to get your steering wheel controls to work, make sure you have your can bus plugged in. It’s located on the side and has a little red and black cord above it, which makes it hard to plug in I got it to work in my 2015 GMC Sierra With factory 8 inch touchscreen with no Bose system. Don’t expect to be able to call customer service and walked through the steps on how to install it. If you wanna mount it with your factory Silver trim you have to remove the screen held by the Phillips and then place the trim around it and the radio will only be held in by the plastic clips after installing it the screen is super nice and gets tons of compliments. I rated a five star due to the amount of compliments it gets and how nice it looks.

MASSIVE!
Quick conversion to bring your car forward 10 years. Does it work perfectly all the time? No—it requires resetting things every once in a while—but for the cost, it’s a must-have upgrade!(Side note: iOS 18 has a bunch of bugs causing audio quality issues on all CarPlay devices. Don’t hold it against this head unit; it’s not the problem. Clearing the Bluetooth pairing and re-approving CarPlay will help temporarily, but you’ll have to do it again when the quality inevitably drops. Turning off voice accessibility features might help some of you. Hopefully, Apple will get their ever-decreasing act together to address this.)For better video playback, I definitely recommend staying with models that have 4GB of RAM or more, especially if you’re looking to play offline movies from USB. Keep in mind, these only support h.264 or lower-quality codecs—no x265 or AV1.One benefit of these adapted screens is the decent amount of development behind them; only the bezel and frame are customized to fit specific cars. That said, getting the best experience and sound quality does require some technological know-how. Be aware that not every seller includes the factory security code to access advanced settings, so ask for it immediately after purchase if it’s not in the instructions. This kit comes with everything for a plug-and-play experience, though someone without basic technical skills might feel overwhelmed. That’s not a product issue—that’s a user issue. Pro tip: Plug in all the wires, even if they don’t seem to make sense. Some wires act as antennas and need to point up (for those claiming connection problems). The CanBus box pulls power and signals from the single power input. It might seem like it’s doing nothing, but it’s crucial for features like steering wheel controls, door-open notifications, and on some models, backup camera switching. If you’re bench testing and claim it’s not powering on, remember these are very voltage-sensitive. They’ll go into auto-protect mode if the voltage isn’t within the correct range. Too much voltage? You’ll fry them before the fuse pops—ask me how I know.Lastly, if you’re someone who struggles to get email to work on a good day, you might want to skip this. It’s a computer, and like all computers, it requires occasional troubleshooting.

Sparse instructions but good unit
As usual with this brand, there are either no instructions or instructions so poorly written the people who really need the instructions won't be able to use them. There's always YouTube (I'm serious). But I took a star off for that.Other than that, though, this is an excellent car radio upgrade. I've installed many of these so had no issues at all. Synced perfectly with my iPhone and an Android phone for both CarPlay and Android Auto. Very fast processor (4+64GB) and it showed. Going through all the menus on the touchscreen was very quick. Responsiveness via a smartphone was also very fast over their connections.Very good product but if you're a novice you might want to check YouTube to see if there are installation videos for your particular model before purchasing. Or contact the manufacturer via Amazon and see if they'll be helpful after purchase.

Fit perfect in our 2015 Silverado. Best upgrade ever. We love it!
This stereo is a serious upgrade for the Silverado or Sierra dash, the 13.1-inch screen is huge and really modernizes the whole interior. The Android 13 system runs fast and smooth thanks to the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage—apps open quickly and switching between CarPlay or Android Auto is seamless. The wireless connection for both systems works flawlessly, no drops or lag so far.The GPS locks on fast and stays accurate, and the screen is bright and easy to see even in direct sunlight. Steering wheel controls still function properly, which is a big plus, and the sound quality got a nice boost too.Install was pretty straightforward, and once it’s in, it feels super sleek and factory-fitted. Definitely recommend if you want a big screen, lots of functionality, and a smooth interface for your 2014-2018 truck.

Outer bezel won’t fit
Easy install. They don’t account for the outer bezel. It’s impossible to get it back on without cutting it to be able to work it around the screen.
