A cap for your cap....
Put it on my 2016 Drz400s with a oversized Acerbis tank. The breather didn’t have a check ball it was solid machined out of solid aluminum with some holes drilled. But it worked as it should. 1/2 mile long wheelies down the sidewalk no longer splash gas out of the fuel cap vent hole. Nice finish, the tubing fit the gas cap properly. They are inexpensive so Pick your color and shelve the remaining 5 for eternity like me.

Works fine, looks nice
These don't have an anti-spill check valve, it that's required for you, but for most people who are just replacing a missing or cracked rubber hose, it'll be perfect. Fit right on the cap for my yamaha ATV and looks nice.

looks cool
I bought these to use for vent, for dana 44 rear work ok, I had to re-drill the opening and ad another hole to let more air out. The 1's came in had no check balls witch cool for me. I did not need check balls.
