5 Foater Foating

I have five planted tanks: a 120 G, 65 G, 46 G, 5 G, 3 G. I placed them in my 120 rimless. I have plenty of beneficial lighting for plants. They flowered. I smiled at the cute little flowers. So tiny and delicate. Then, they all swiftly began to die. Because, for $20 bucks, we are only sent a generous five one-inch plants, once the five that are sent begin to die, there's not enough of them to regenerate more. I tried moving them to different tanks with little to no success. It only prolonged their wasting, and they all died after having arrived less than two months of writing this review.

They are so perfect for my planted beta tanks. They are tiny little bunches of pads with roots that hang into the water. They have some red/pink tones to them which is something I am looking for to add to my tank specifically since my betas are red. Both of my betas took to them right away. Came back to buy more since I don’t know how long they will take to spread and I want the whole top of the tank full of them. -1 star because a couple had holes in them, a little moss which I don’t know if that is a problem or not I picked it off and because I wish there were more included for the money but they are hard to find so I guess they can charge whatever they want for them. I do love them!

I ordered 5+ red root floaters. They were coming from the opposite side of the country during a heat wave and by USPS. When I opened up the package, I could tell the the plants used to be in very good health. They even had flowers on them. Not only that, but there were way more than 5. It was about 20 plants! Unfortunately, most were wilted and melting due to the less-than-ideal shipping conditions. Only about 2-3 had the chance of surviving.I contacted the seller and they agreed to send more. Again, the shipping conditions were not great, but the weather was cooler. Again, I received about 20 plants! About 75% were in good condition. The plants took about two weeks to recover and now are flowering in my system.I am happy with my purchase and can't really complain because I got way more than what I expected. It may be that the seller put more knowing the shipping conditions were not optimal, so be mindful of things such as the weather and shipping distance.

The plants were delivered a day earlier than expected which is always nice! It came in a small box which inside had a small ziplock baggie. Inside there was a much more than just 5 plants! The seller was very generous! To which I’m very grateful! Definitely add a bit of water to the baggie when it arrives to rinse each plant off. Make sure you do it delicately as to not tear the plant apart with high water pressure. Added them to my 30 gal and a few in my out door water garden. They’re stunning! Especially the adorable small white flowers in the center of the top of the plant! The roots are slowly but surely turning red! Def would recommend! Ps: My angel fish Zuko definitely noticed when I added them in!

They all died off shortly after receiving. I purchased from another vendor and now I'm cleaning out bags of the same stuff weekly.

Arrived by mail on time and in good condition. These are flourishing! In less than a month they have over quadrupled. The first photo is from 12/6 and the second is 1/1/20. Lots of light and a cap of SeaChem "Flourish" plant food and they are great. Had to thin them out or they would take over the tank. Our Neon Tetras and Hatchet fish love them. Will update with any changes.

it came with a decent amount of plants, all very small though. within a week all but one had died. the other died within 2 weeks. it may have been something about my water I may try again and see.
