Where to begin - The product comes with what can only be described as the s%#*%+* instructions I’ve every come across. When you scan the QR instruction code it reverts to a compatibility screen. When I went through the prompts it said 100% compatibility with the new Sony Bravia 32” TV we just bought our son. It was an LCD smart TV and released in 2018 so not exactly old.The bracket does not fit and only covered two holes rather than 4 that are required to mount the TV. 1st frustration.. Then our TV had a small lip at the bottom for speaker output, because the bracket is flush and is recessed in to the tv it would not connect to the mounting plate. We had to use great initiative and a trip to the DIY store to buy spacers to account for the recess in the TV.Now perhaps you could argue that we had a slight recess in our TV ** BUT - we did the research in advance and the “all for one” TV bracket website says it compatible. A 1hr job turned into a 3hr headache ..Lastly - Perhaps not the manufactures fault but if like us you require more robust mounting plugs for a plasterboard wall you are only provided masonry plugs - A problem when those plugs are M8 bolt/screw size because they don’t go through the plate holes. Once gain we had to amend our thinking and HSS drill out the holes on the plate to make them bigger!So my advice - don’t throw away anything. Keep your proof of purchase. Check the plates physically match the TV and do not go by the useless website from this company ..

This is a great mount, neatly getting your TV or monitor close to the wall. There are a load of different bolts and washers available in the box to fit your specific VESA model. Unfortunately my 32" Samsung required a very unique set of bolts (M4, very long) that I needed to order seperately, but there were only a few quid. One thing to note though, it gets so close to the wall, that you won't be able to use any ports opening backwards. I got around this issue by (1) using 4 washers to space away from the wall, and (2) using a right-angled ethernet cable. The quick-release mechanism hanging below is OK, a little light but sturdy enough.

I wanted a flat mount that would place my television as close to the wall as possible. This was the best solution that I could find, and I was not disappointed. I live in the USA, and it is unavailable here, so I ordered through Amazon UK.Everything you need is in the box, except for tools, e.g., drill, screwdriver, etc. I thought the directions were clear, and I was especially delighted to find a mounting template included. I measured the wall and located my desired mounting location, and then used masking tape to position the template on the wall. The template makes it so easy to drill the mounting holes in the correct spots.The only tricky part is lining up the tv mounting plate with the wall mounting plate as you set it into place. Because it is purposely designed as a slim mount, you have no visibility and have to set it in place by feel. Once you find the right alignment, you'll feel the bottom segment of the tv mounting plate drop into place and hear the click. That was the only challenging part of the installation.I am very pleased and I highly recommend the Ultra Slim mount.

So easy to put up on wall as comes in two parts, one plate that screws to wall with only 2 screws and the other attached to TV. This means you can hook the tv on to the wall plate and remove when neededVery sturdy and durable

Bracket can't lock if mains cable enters at back of television, as it can't get close enough to the bracket to lock on !

Just a great slim bracket that i found easy to install. I Recommend this item.
