I have re-purchased this item at least three times. It works just as well as the name brand and is much less expensive. I will definitely continue to re-order this product.

The quality, effectiveness, relief, size, and ease of swallowing is the same as the more expensive brands. The medicine/active ingredients are the same!

This product works well, and is much more affordable than the name brand. My only problem with this box of medicine is that the expiration date is April, 2025,and since I just got it this month, I expect to end up with expired product before it's used up.

This would be a generic for the combination DayQuil/NightQuil product I use to buy and works as it should.
