The best dumbells for home gym
The choice was between these and the Iron Master dumbells. You can switch weight much quicker with the Powerblocks which is what sold it for me. I like to do supersets and am always switching between weight. Iron Master would make workouts much more time consuming and slow workouts down considerably. I've used the Bowflex dumbells and those are massive and clunky. You couldn't pay me to use those and weren't on the list of options. The Powerblocks are the best home solution for dumbells. Small footprint, decent max weight and increments. The durability is also excellent. I've been in many gyms for many years and these dumbells are just as functional as any other.

Very space efficient dumbbell system
The power block comes as advertised. Very easy to use, durable, and takes up a minimum amount of space. I wouldn't think of dropping them, but they should survive a fall. I have rubber interlocking squares on the floor, so an accidental drop should not matter. Also, it looks like more weight can be added to the system. So, flexible as i get stronger.

Replaces an entire set of weights. Super easy to use.
I had a bunch of weights of various sizes which took up too much space. this one set replaces all of them. The selector pin is easy to use and the entire thing feels absolutely solid. Grip is excellent. Do note that due their weight, the pair ships in two boxes. I got the two boxes on two different days.

Love Love Love them!
For a year or two I had some used Powerblock dumbbells I bought from someone on Craigslist. I loved them but having brand new ones now is so nice! Adjusting the pin is so much smoother and I’m already used to the square-ish & bulky aspect of them… LOVE THEM! I hope to get many years of love out of these and I definitely recommend them

Great Weights, Easier to Use than Turn-dial Weights
These weights have a smaller footprint and are easier to adjust than the Bowflex Selectech 552 weights that I had back in March at the beginning of quarantine. They are much smaller especially in terms of width. The weights are easy to place back into the stack and they can be done so in any orientation i.e. I can lift the left weight and place it onto the right stack, even backwards if I so choose to do so.I rated these as 4 stars for two (small) reasons:-Depending on the orientation of the weights in my hand and the lift that I am performing, there is a small shift in the weights. It does not affect the lift or my handle on the weights but is enough to instill a small bit of uncertainty about their integrity. I do not see them coming apart while I am lifting but it is something I am watching for, because of this shift.-The "set brackets" used to select the weights are made of plastic. While I understand the need for flexion in the brackets so they can slide over the proper weight selection, I feel this could have been accomplished with metal and a different design. The brackets do stay in place while I use the weights. Being made of plastic, I hope they last as long as the weights do.Overall I prefer these weights over the Selectechs that I had over the summer, especially for the same price point ($330). Don't spend more than $330 on these weights as they are restocked at this price somewhat frequently. Don't give scammers the satisfaction of making $600+ per weight set.

MAKES WORKOUTS QUICKER
These are more efficient than spin-lock / adjustable dumbbells. Spin locks take forever to change, what with having the screw and unscrew the ends to make sure you have a secure fit (not to mention changing the wieght). Adjustables are a bit better because you don't have the thredded collars to deal with. These, however, are a Godsend. Just pull the pin and slide it into your new weight and you're good to go. It may even take less time than going to the DB rack at the gym and picking up a new pair for your next set.The "block" construction may take you a set or two to get used to, but it's well worth it.Love these!

Great Purchase
I'm usually skeptical of convenience products for fitness and exercise. Powerblock 50 has proven to be quite practical. I could have spent $300 on regular dumbbells and not gotten half the range of choices available here. Great purchase. make a set yours today!

Dangerous product, stay away
This weights has issues stacking together. I stuck the plastic holder in 30 lbs and when I picked it up, 35 pounds lifted up and not 30.. I did not notice this and in the middle, the 5 pound extra just fell on me!!! This product could've killed someone
