Not for for the intended use
At first I liked these, but quickly found them to be lacking.I wear US men's size 12.5-13 shoe, and the XL fit but only just. The biggest sizing issue was they the main wrap was only just long enough for the Velcro pieces to meet and have a strong enough hold they they didn't come undone. In terms of general performance, they perform as well as any other foot protector I've used and I have no complaints.Now, the reason I am rating then one star. They are not well made and do not hold up to basic use. I used these maybe 5 times for taekwondo sparring classes, which were about 40 minutes of actual sparring/bag/paddle work, the stitching on the outside of the right one has come undone and some stitching on the bottom has come undone. I understand that they won't let forever, but they should last a lot longer than a handful of uses totalling about 3.5 hours. Simply put, these aren't made well enough to do the job that they are intended for.Even though the price is good, I would steer clear of these as you'll likely need to replace them after a few uses.

Difficult to put one
The individual toes make it very difficult to put on. Not much protection with the pads. I was expectingbetter protection.

Good pad
Good quality and reasonable price. Fit nice but I think they really should do size vs shoe size rather than measuring the feet. My shoe size is 10, using the tape to measure almost bought L, but reading a comment saying XL I went with that instead and I'm glad I did.
