Liberty DuraWear Rubber Fabric Lined Protective Hip Wader Boot with Reinforced Knee and Front, Size 08, Black

These boots were a gift for my 6' 5" 18 year old son....He is a fishing fool....and a size 15 shoe.....First off, this was the only brand I could find that mad a size 15. Secondly, they fit him perfectly!....which is a tall order, as he is a tall but skinny kid....even the leg height, with the ability to snap into his belt loops was a perfect fit. We live in Colorado. This is a kid who is out almost everyday....He fishes for trout in rivers, streams, and ponds; and stalks bass in about every little pond local farmers will let him use. He has not had any issues related to leaking from this product. The durable steel shank in the boot allows him the chance to really plow through the very rocky rough streams we encounter. This was a great birthday present for him. I would give anyone the thumbs up to purchase this product.

These boots leaked not even one year from purchase. They have numerous cracks just above the knee. Plus I used them 3 times to launch and retrieve my boat. Its not like I used them 20 times. I bought a hip boot hanger to store them properly, and they still leak. Just a terrible product.

Nice fit. True to size. Well reinforced so I expect it will last a while. Much thicker than the rubber in most of the chest waders. The soles are good sticky rubber and grip well on slippery rocks. The belt straps work well for holding up the boots without pulling your pants down.

Very nice hip boots. The material looks very tough and durable.

These are really well made boots. The size is perfect too, I have size 14 wide feet, and they fit really well.

Junk! Will leak in a month

After storing the boots over winter in a cool place away from sunlight, I discovered that they are falling apart, the rubber is cracked and peeling from the interior material....very...very disappointed !! A waste of money...I don't know if Amazon stands behind the products they sell, this a is a case where Amazon should refund me my purchase price and return the boots to the manufacturer.Please do not waste your money on these boots !!

Good durable rubber for the price.

Great deal, but sides are not as stiff and shown in the pictures.

Rivet at top of each boot was defective so the boots were returned for a full refund!
