Good for you
Wife and I have noticed. Change in our gut for the positive. Like the viscosity of the milk - closely like cow milk. We use the unsweetened vanilla. Use it with monk fruit sweetener for our morning decaf coffee and homemade cereal.

Great for low FODMAP and IBS
Hemp milk is the only milk that IBS folks and people committed to low FODMAP diets can drink more than 8 ounces a day. Almond and oat milk are great but if you use them for more than one smoothie a day you might have issues. I've been drinking the stuff for a few years now with no problems. Prefer the vanilla because it adds some flavor but will drink any flavor.

Delicious and nutritious nut milk
Hemp milk is my favorite non-dairy milk. It offers more nutrition and is less watery than almond milk. It also features a higher protein:carbohydrate ratio than oat milk. I use it with Greek yogurt and in all sorts of smoothies. This pack and brand is economical and high quality. Give it a try over almond milk or oat milk!

My Go To Plant Based Milk
I don't drink dairy milk, and other plant milks like oat, almond and soy don't agree with me. This milk has a good consistency. I use it in cereal and tea. I like the unsweetened so I can control the amount of sugar I use. The vanilla gives it a nice taste, but if you're going to use it for savory foods better off with plain.

Cartons Do Not Open Cleanly!
NONE of the cartons in the latest box have opened cleanly! That is to say, with each carton, I have to use the tip of a spoon handle to poke thru the foil membrane. And that method does not result in a free-flowing product because the membrane falls back into place, resulting in a slow, herky-jerky, partial flow which splatters all over the counter. The larger image, here, was taken of one of the first cartons from the latest batch. the smaller photo is from today's carton. But, as I said, each and every carton from this box has the same defect. I clean the tip of the spoon I use for this operation as thoroughly as I can. But I do not like the idea of putting anything into the carton for fear of contaminating the product and having it spoil. I use it for smoothies, but not every day. So a carton can sit in my fridge for 4 or 5 days. And if there's any organism on the spoon tip, it could lead to contamination of the product.

Yummy but Pros and Cons
Pro:5 star on taste - as I am into hemp milksesp blended in well cooked Kabocha or Butternut squash for a delicious smoothySoothing for tummy/intestines/belly/GINice in a LatteCon:A little sweet on it’s on. Get unsweetened for that.Since the New York article about U of New Mexico pharmacology prof doing testing on pla sticks in br Ain’t I am now worried about the container.I am trying to figure out how to replicate the tast with blending my own hulled hemp seeds/ maple syrup/ stevia/oats/walnut oil and getting pretty good at it but not exactly this one. I shall miss it if they don’t move to glass. If it came in Glass - I would make it and unreserved 5 star review
