It's a great product when it works!
Used it for around 4 months, just stopped working, had electrician check it out and he said the thermostat had gone, cheaper to buy a new one than get it fixed. Disappointed.

Instructions not helpful or machine not working correctly!
Reading through the instructions, I spent ages looking for yellow and green lights and waiting for orange light to change colours. Supposed to mean 'nearly ready' to use and 'ready' to use. Light stayed orange throughout the process. Not sure if I have a faulty machine?

I didn't realise it was as big as it is. However that is neither good nor bad, I should have taken out the measuring take when reading the describe before order.Suuuper delighted with my purchase. Disappointed
I hate leaving negative feedback even if something affects me but this makes me very disappointed so I had to. Very disappointed it doesn't warm the towel enough It's just a waste of money now I have to buy another one.

Good for purpose
I’m a mobile beautician and whilst it’s size makes it a little cumbersome, it is possible to take this towel cabinet in the car. It’s an essential piece of equipment for me, and my clients enjoy the hot towels that come from this cabinet and it has the added benefit of sterilizing my tools.

leaked water from the back and caused circuit throughout my barber shop
product worked very well for 3 months, then water leaked from the back, I only saw the leak when it causes circuit breaker throughout the barber shop, ruining my TV and the shop front sign.Trying to get a replacement or refund and compensation for my TV
