This mat was everything I wanted and more. The length is perfect and the pressure points are great in helping to get total body relief. It's part of my daily self care regime.

I have another mat that I Love - so thought thislonger mat would be even better. Problem withthis mat is the spikes are quite sharp. Have trieda number of ways to make it better but have notfound a way to mitigate the overly sharp spikeson this mat. Tried a towel but it heavy. You reallyhave to wear a heavy material like jeans etc. in orderto not feel like you are getting puncture holes.

I love this acupressure mat! I don't have back pain, I bought it for stress relief. I use it nearly every night and sleep like a baby as it seems to melt all of the tension in my body. I lay on it while wearing a thin layer of clothing.No regrets about purchasing it at all!

This mat is very effective at relieving back pain. I suffer from constant back pain, and this mat helps to make it better. I personally like the accupressure feeling, but it could be a bit painful for some with thin skin. I use this mat every day!

Wow! Wow! It's releases the pain, I love placeing my feet on the mat, feels sooo! Good! I actually think it's energizing! It's a great purchase! Shoulder and lower back pain relieved, I use it daily while napping!
