Great Multi Vit's
Was looking for a high quality multi vitamin and had done a lot of research to establish what I needed, and the quality of the vitamins, which is key. Found many brands look good on paper but when you really look into whats in them, allot of the ingredients are poor quality versions of the minerals or the amounts are either very low, or too high. This brand is very upfront about what is in the actual tablets and it ticked allot of boxes for me for what I wanted. I found another brand which was also high quality and similar, but at nearly double the price of these, so I went with these. This is now my second bottle after taking one a day for the last 6 months, I wouldn't say they are a wonder cure for whatever ailments you have, but I have certainly noticed a difference in taking them. Would recommend certainly.

Good Product But Better Value For Money Elsewhere
I bought the vitamins as I've been told by my doctor that I'm not absorbing enough vitamins from food. After doing some research I decided to try these as they looked a good balance of what I needed. On opening the bottle I was struck by the smell, it's not particularly pleasant but then most multi vitamins tend to smell a bit so I just take them quickly. The tablets are on the larger side but I've not had too much of a problem taking them. It's too early to tell if they're doing anything but we'll see.After doing some more research I've actually discovered that the vitamin formula is very similar to another multi vitamin on Amazon. The other vitamins look much better value as you get a years worth for a few pounds more. The only difference appears to be the Curcumin and CO Q10. However I'm skeptical that the dose in these tablets is high enough to actually do anything. I think next time I will be purchasing the other vitamins and if needed purchasing the Curcumin and CO Q10 separately at more useful doses.

Has almost everything you need. My only critique is..
maybe take 50mg off calcium and phosphorous so you can make magnesium 200mg. Plus add boron for better calcium absorption. Also, if I could go a step further, I would make zinc 8 mg as we get that alot more than copper in the average diet and copper to zinc ratio is probably best at 1:8 anyway. Zinc gets all the praise but too much zinc will deplete copper and copper is the most important one. Without copper, our entire immune system is compromised as every other mineral depends on copper.People can be deficient and toxic with copper at the same time because copper gets unbinded (unused) because of nutrient deficiency. Magnesium is normally the culprit because its the one mineral people fail to get in the average diet and multivitamins dont give you the normal dose ethier.Then there is the mineral no ONE knows about and I dont understand why its so neglected. I would completely swap phosphorus for MSM(Sulfur). People should start designing multivitamins for what we actually lack in the average diet. Do a study, find out what people are actually deficient in and then compensate those deficiencies. It would be a great product.

Multivitamins for vegans
It was important to me to find a good quality product for my son and wife as they are both vegan and I wanted to ensure they kept up with all the vitamins and minerals they need. They say they are easy to swallow and it is nice that you can get 6 months worth in one container. They have only just started using but we are hopeful they will feel better throughout the winter especially. Good packaging, good quality product and quick delivery.

Vegan, gluten free and great value for money, perfect!
I was looking for a multi vitamin and mineral capsule that was glutenfree, vegan, soy free, that not only was affordable but was not made in a lab from cheap chemicals and didn't contain fillers such as talc. I wanted a product that used plant based ingredients and could explain where they sourced the non plant based vitamins from. I settled on this product as it could do all that, with the added bonus of curcumin and CoQ10. As a chronic illness suffer my health is very important ,so I have to be extremely careful what I but in my body, I am very happy with this product and I would definitely recommend them.
