They are a good stability shoe for one who is a mild or moderate overpronator. If you heavily overpronate I’d probably not recommend.

Q: I wear a size 9 1/2m in the guide 8. Some are saying the new iso fit smaller. Should I get a 10?

Yes they do fit smaller than the guide 8. I wore a size 9 in Saucony Guide v.8, my favorite pair of running shoes ever. The ISO shoes do indeed seem smaller in size 9. Wish I had gotten size 9.5. My normal everyday shoe size is 8.5M for reference.
