Also apply powder over foundation using a damp sponge. Pressing into skin. And you will see a difference in pore minimization appearance.

Also could be because on the RCMA website when you go to order the powder from $13.00 the standard shipping offered is $7.50 making the total #21.50 plus tax so here on Amazon its still running about the same price and if you have Prime shipping may be free.
