Q: How many light bulb head does this have?? Some photos have 1 some have 3. I need one with 1 head.

The 15 watt grow light has 1 head. The 45 watt has 2 heads and the 60 watt has 3 heads.

Q: How is this powered? usb is mentioned, but is that for charging a battery? i need one that uses a battery or plugs into outlet. thanks

It's USB powered (not included) and most USB 1.0 or 2.0 adapters provide 5V at 0.5A amp max = 2.5 Watts max output to the light. Some adapters can do 1 AMP which is then 5V x 1A = 5 watts max to the light. No, it's not possible that it's 15 or 45Watts as the 2 -3 headed versions of the light have listed. 45Watts over 5V USB would require 9 amps. That's crazy. Almost 10x higher what is possible over 5V USB. 15 watts for the single head light would require 3 amps and there too, USB adapters won't handle anywhere near that much on the 5V line. Obviously it draws less than 1 amp to be compatible with average phone chargers and computer USB ports so it's about 5 watts or below. Those higher rated numbers appear to be imaginary watts based on an equivalent incandescent light power consumption (instead of LED) - which isn't applicable. They use that to make the numbers look bigger. it's basically saying IF this was an incandescent light (which it's not) then it would draw that much power. (which it doesn't). That's confusing and wrong and they shouldn't print that at all but manufacturers inflate the numbers figuring that consumers don't know it's not even possible for it to be that high. They should provide the real power requirements, actual lumens or the measured output spectrograph chart so we can tell what it does.

Q: Do these lamps have lightbulb replacement?

Doubtful. Built I led light system. They are cheap anyway so just buy another one

Q: Is it ok to use for small aquariums?

No. It is clunky-looking and not water friendly. We (grudgingly) used it bc I did not return it by the Amazon return date. Rusted like crazy. Besides, get a good hood for your small aquarium or glass top with LED on top. This light has a large clamp... no where to clamp it on aquarium.
