Q: can you make this really hot for does the protein separate when you do that?

You can make it pretty hot. I put it in my hot coffee every morning and it doesn't separate. Just have to stir a lot. Very delicious.

Q: If i want to mix to make an ice coffee which product would you suggest

I mix coffee with Proti VLC Smoothie Base mix. I have a little trouble getting it mixed up in my shaker bottle, but I'm not sure this worse than other products. I put extra water and ice in it and was very happy all summer. Now I'm using the hot drink mix with hot coffee now that it's cold outside.

Q: Is this suppose to be a meal replacement?

It has 15 grams of protein and shakes run between 15 or 30. It could be used as a meal replacement but its like drinking a hot chocolate.
