I purchase a Miracle Thaw before Amazon became a household name. It is unbelievable in how fast it will thaw any frozen food. I have no idea how it does it, but it works! I've used my regularly for 25 yrs. I don't like to use the microwave for thawing as it always seems to cook around the edges of the meat you're planning to serve. I purchased mine in a kitchen specialty store and paid more than what I see on Amazon. Miracle Thaw is my go to product. It's still as good as new (there's nothing that can wear out) and is my go to thing for quickly defrosting meat. I'm glad to know they're still in business.
