Q: Does this power supply fit the dell inspiron 3650 that uses a small form factor power supply?

I purchased two third-party power supplies from amazon one did not power on the other did not fit -I don't know which was the YEECHUN, both were packaged poorly. In the end I bought a Dell OEM power for the Inspiron 3650 which has worked from the start.
