I adore this spray. it goes on the affected area quite cold, but it seems to warm up & handles the pain issue quite quickly,you spray the area and it does start working upon placement on the area..There will be some slight running, but very little, because it start to dry on contact. but it does the job!! You can feel the properties working on the sore, bruised area quite quickly, giving yourself relief for quite some time. I recommend this product to anyone is having minor pain & stiffness problem, this product is a godsend, I know everyone is different, but try it before u bash it. I myself love it, all my sisters and friends swear by it , so it all can't be that bad, regardless of the nay sayers, I am sticking with this product as long as it continues to perform to my satisfaction!!!!!!

Cool, does the job, but you won't like the smell
This does the job but the smell stays with you. People always know when you've used it. It does relieve the pain though. I recommend this for the winter months when you will cover up with clothes. In summer with bare skin there's no way to hide the smell.

It really works!
Had a neck pain, and leg pains when I ran. This spray helped me tremendously. I could not sleep because of my neck pain and I was able to sleep well after using this spray.

Doesn’t work as advertised.
This doesn’t really heat up and cool down. It’s like spray on Ben gay. I think just a heat pack is better.

Really works!
This thing really works! It last for 8 hours so I use it before sleeping so it helps me during night. The I have too much back, leg or neck pain, I used it on daytime BUT beware, people could get you smell, that is kind of a "naphthalene ball".. but anyway, this works great!

highly recommend
this is great for knee aches. my grandma suffers and I spray a small amount and wrap it with a knee brace and she feels better. it is a strong odor and can't use a lot because it will burn and then freeze. lol according to my grandma. but I have used it on my self for my cervical disk herniation and my neck bothers me a lot when I'm standing up and making to much movementso that I spray a bit on my new and inot seconds it dries under my vent and the pain gets betterso this product is awesome and in spray. no more messy creams.
