Bought two of these caves for our Russian Tortoise but due to the outdoor extreme heat and sun in our tropical environment, we needed more insulation to keep the tortoise cooler when he's inside them. We spray foamed 3 inches all around outside of caves, then applied heavy resin coats on top of foam, and on the last coat of resin we added sand for texture. Our tortoise loves these caves! He spends the hottest part of day in one ore the other, then when it's cooler, loves to climb on top to see the world. Very happy with these caves and would buy again.

The rock cave works perfect for my large Frontosa cichlid. It’s perfect in size, quality and design!

It’s a good size for my 4.75” turtle. It has a very natural look. I kept it under water and the paint chipped a little bit the first time I took it out to clean it (after a month of being submerged). After that, the paint hasn’t chipped anymore.

I’m satisfied with this product. I purchased this for my 60gal aquarium intended to use as a hiding cave for my kio fishes. My kio fishes loves hiding or resting inside it.

Perfect for our red eared slider. He outgrew the smaller tunnel. He loves to sunbathe on top and it provides good traction on top for him to climb. Inside is wide enough for him to turn in. Would definitely recommend.

absolutely a great looking cave, heavy/sturdy, very pleased...but my fish were not. Avoided it even after many days and different placement trials in 90 gallon tank. Wondering if it gives off a chemical/odor in the water.

This hide is huge!!! I have an 8 inch Electric Blue Jack Dempsey, he fits perfectly and he loves his hide. He has much room to grow in it. This is exactly what I was looking for!

They lied, it is very toxic and the paint and oil got all into the water destroying my habitat. would give 0 stars if I could terrible terrible product please do yourself a favor and do not buy it!!!
