Early days but it certainly has strong contractions. I'm only on level 4 of 20.So far I am impressed.

The leather material makes it comfortable, without feeling too heavy or cumbersome. I appreciate being able to adjust the intensity settings to match my preference.The battery life has been excellent. I've used it multiple times on a single charge without needing to recharge. The quiet design is another benefit, I can use it while watching TV without disturbing my wife too much.That being said, I wouldn't rely solely on this for defined abs. Regular exercise and a proper diet are still essential. However, as an extra boost to muscle activity while sitting at my desk, it does what it promises. It's definitely a useful part of my fitness routine.

I've had a couple of ABS trainers and this one seems to be the best one for me.Very easy to set up, the body pads are also very good too. not used them before.User guide is also very easy to understand and follow. You can feel the results only been using for a week and I can feel a difference. I only use for 20 mins a day. starting from Mode1 on day one the Mode2 the next day and so on. Very Good

My New Year's promise was to come back to the gym again and start exercising. I got this ABS trainer to train my muscles when Im not going to the gym , alongside my gym routine. After sessions, I can feel my muscles , and I am looking forward to the results. I think it's a great kit to exercise at home .

What a great product for the price. Wireless so very handy and packs quite a punch. Myself and my son use this and find it works great to gain that little bit extra time. Also doubles up as a tens machine in my opinion if trying to redirect nerve pain.

Very much impressed with this so far. I had a similar thing when i was younger but that was a belt design and a little awkward... Whereas this is excellent. Easy to fit and you pop it back on the plastic pad after each use. Really good thing with adjustable tightness so you can give your abs a workout that suits you. Genuinely very impressed with the results.
