This wine tastes great kit worked very good wine was crystal clear however I did add 3 lbs of sugar to rais the abv if I had not done this the abv would only have been 6 percent. Worth it though this turned out amazing.

Added 4lbs corn sugar at primary fermentation, back sweetened 2 cups simple syrup and quarter tsp stabilizer at bottling , final abv 11% , this is by far my favorite wine will make again.

We gave most of ours away as Christmas gifts to family, friends, and delivery people. It was a big hit and so popular that we have received many requests for more. Some have requested we make them an entire kit and have shipped the kit to us. See the picture showing 4 kits waiting to be made. Thanks for another winner!

I love the flavor of this wine however if made by the instructions is quite sweet. If you like the wine to end up a little less sweet take 1 cup from the flavor pack and add it to your fermenter on day one. For a bit dryer yet take 2 cups from the flavor pack and add to fermenter on day one. No matter what you do, If higher alcohol content is desired, add one bag "4 pounds" to fermenter on day one. It's that simple and will be great no matter what you do

This is a family favorite and just about anyone who likes sweeter wines liked this.Times for different phases were not always the same as documented so rely on hydrometer settings. But turned out excellent. The directions were well written and easy to follow.
