Great product and it gets cut to the perfect size, I may have been of by a cm but managed to jam spacers in each end to keep me from getting another in future I will at a cm to my actual size for future purchases. These are great blinds and complete black out the rooms. I would highly recommend these for bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms as they are budget friendly and the staff are very responsive and clear.

Nothing to dislike , the brackets are heavy/solid metal fitted with a neat plastic covers. I was in two minds whether to order, reading past review about the brackets as this blind/shade will be driven by a Home Automation motor which although gentle operation it powerful to suit very large / heavy blinds and didn't want them to break and tangle the motor, or the roller to come adrift from the brackets.The hardest part was to get the tube inserts aligned with the internal joint of the tube. They will only fit one way and have to be pushed hard into the tube.There is no worry about mounting the roller on the brackets after they are screwed in place as there is a spring loaded pin at one end and the chain mechanism fits into a protruding lug on the other.To remove is a bit trickier, the plastic cover has to be removed from the bracket that has the pin, then the spring loaded pin can be pushed in.The blinds do not let any light through and feel quick thick. When mounted with the material against the wall, there will be a 10- 15mm gap between the wall and the material. This is why I bought one 50mm wider material than the window reveal.NOTE: This is mentioned in the description (for non made to measure sizes) that the width includes the 15mm brackets either end.The chain operation feels smooth and no way can jump off /out of its track reported in other reviews.I believe the mounting and operating hardware has been upgraded since the older reviews.Impressed with this blind so have ordered one for top of stairs , to also be Automated on light levels.Would definitely recommend.

This product is very good, it blocks the light efficiently (I have a black one). It was easy to install however the fit is not great. We have measured our window several times and the product that arrived is not wide enough.

I've had a black long drop blackout blind up for several months now. It arrived cut to exactly the measurement I specified.It is relatively easy to install with a few tools and perhaps a wooden batten. The plastic fittings look a bit flimsy but so far they have functioned well and held up to the lowering and raising of the blind.The material looks good and seems hardwaring. A few threads on the edge were trimmed off. No apparent fraying.Overall, this is a very nice blackout blind at a reasonable price.

does exactly what i wanted it to , i fitted it to the front door which has a large pane of glass. good blackout blind. easy to fit, I've had a stoke and have limited use in my right arm and i managed to fit mine. the fitting service is brilliant, mine came and fitted perfectly. thank you.

I bought two blinds. Both have the same issue that the cord constantly derails from the gear. This means blind cannot be easily raised or lowered, making useless. I am waiting for feedback from the company and will update the review afterwards.Otherwise the pole is metal and robust. However the plastic brackets are not strong enough for a 180cm wide blind (mine is 4 sq metres of material). They flex but so far ok. The smaller blind (60cm x 210cm) can probably survive with plastic brackets. I attached both blinds to PVC window frames using 38mm self tapping screws and Mitrebond.Other defect with my blind is material could be wider. There is a 1.5cm each side till end of pole.All in all, I will probably need to redo the whole thing - install metal brackets, cut pole to better length.++++++++UPDATED RATING TO 3 STAR. Vendor provided metal brackets free of charge. These have more robust pulley mechanism, and so far been ok.I had to redo the blinds as new brackets were slightly different to old ones, so made one new set of holes per blind. Luckily brackets covered the old holes. All in all, an additional expense. Please only buy these blinds with additional brackets from vendor, which adds to the cost.

Exactly as described, perfect fit. Delivery fast. The fittings with the blind are a bit flimsy but they work. I'd suggest replacing the fittings but otherwise a lovely quality blind.

Esattamente quello che mi serviva e tessuto di ottima qualità! Peccato solo che non abbiano predisposto uno "spezza-forza" per tende lunghe tipo la mia che misura 2.40mt.
