So easy
I put it together all by myself! The instructions were great. Everything was in the little plastic bag and I was able to see everything needed to follow the diagram. It didn't take a lot of time either. Of course I mounted my scroll frame right away and am so happy to report that it gripped it tightly.

Zero Quality Control
While the quality if the material is good (solid hardwood) the quality of manufacture is very poor. See the photos. It could not be assembled because holes for the bolts were not drilled beyond a small pilot hole, and other holes were drilled off-center so it wouldn’t line up. Very disappointed as I don’t have the drill necessary to fix it. Expensive firewood, basically. Roll the dice - you might get a quality product, but if you don’t it’s a big waste of money.

Can't spin around to tie off thread
I got this stand for my grandmother. It's just what she needed. But problem we have is you have to remove hoop every time you start a thread or finish one. She has arthritis and it's time consuming. I might be returning and looking for a different stand if I can't come up with a solution.
