Washes and dries very well. Very quiet. Large capacity. You have to put enough clothes in for it to be most efficient. I believe the manual says at least half full. Plenty of options for the cycle menu, and a 15 minute quick wash is nice. New soap dispenser is nice. The seal for the washer door is designed so it can easily be wiped to help keep any smells from growing. Had about a month now and it outperforms my old Kenmore front loader in every way. Very heavy! Bring muscle if you are going up or down stairs.

I researched a ton before purchasing. We just had a baby and decided it was time to buy our first ever brand new appliances. To say I was excited would be an understatement. When the machine arrived they were severely banged up. Most of the damage was on the backside. We called and were told we would have to repackage the machines and deliver them to a ups store. First of all, okay... let me just throw this washer and dryer in my trunk and head on over! We were then told if we couldn’t they would offer us a couple hundred dollars off. We waited so long for them to arrive that I reluctantly agreed and convinced myself the damage wouldn’t be a fine.... mainly because as a new parent I am exhausted and watching this mountain of laundry grow seemed equally as daunting as figuring out a way to get these returned. We hooked them up. The first time running the washer sounded like a rocket ship crashed in the laundry room. It is the loudest machine. Every time we used it the baby would wake up and family over said.... that machine is surely not supposed to make those noises. We called in as it is under warranty. It has taken two weeks to get someone scheduled to come take a look at it. They told us today (Friday) was the only day they could come. My husband took off work to be here for the 8-5 window they gave us and said they would narrow down the day before. We didn’t get a call so tried calling in yesterday. After 45min we got through and were told they couldn’t help so we waited until today Praying they would show. We had not got a call so my husband tried calling in again. After being disconnected by their automated system twice and holding for almost 2 hours (he is still on hold waiting to speak with a supervisor as I type) we have gotten nowhere except been told nobody will be coming today. In addition the basket on the dryer doesn’t click in, twice we have heard tumbling and realized it was the lint basket that had been pulled out. 7 articles of clothes were sucked down below and shredded. I can’t say if the machines are horrible or if the issues are due to damage during shipping. I can say with certainty we would NEVER buy appliances online again. These machines are available for cheaper at our local Home Depot now with install and I am kicking myself for choosing to go the amazon route on this. We are out the time, money and still don’t have working machine after 2+ months!

Upset that my new pedestal is messed up.

I initially wrote a good review. Then the dryer stopped working after two months. I contacted Electrolux for warranty service and they told me there is no warranty through the manufacturer when it is purchased from a third party seller through Amazon. This is not stated anywhere online or in the product manual. I had purchased an extended warranty through Square Trade. I called them. After several calls and talking to several different people, over the course of an entire day, I ended up speaking with a technician at Square Trade. He actually listened to what I was saying and he called Electrolux for me. When he came back on the phone he said the Electrolux warranty was in effect. The problem? The Electrolux person that I spoke with did not ask me for the serial number and therefore assumed it was a used dryer. Once they checked the serial number and knew it was a new dryer they said there was coverage. This should NOT have been this difficult!I was hesitant to order these because of the reviews on Amazon. Instead I went by the reviews on c|net and I am glad I did. The set is fantastic at cleaning/drying, it is beautiful, functional and easy to use. They were delivered on time and I used their white glove installation.service. Everything was perfect.

Only have had ours for two months, but so far very satisfied. After a brief learning curve re: the controls vs our retired Maytag Neptunes, they are very simple and straightforward. Many unique features. Multiple choices for any washing task! The lint filter on the dryer is incredible. Be sure to add 1" to website height when planning installation with pedestals. (Need 54")

Beautiful machines but no power cord included. Don't know how it works. On search for cords.🙁

This dryer is very disappointing, especially for the price. All the laundry gravitates towards the door so some items don't dry all the way or come out wrinkled. It takes a long time for items to dry. Looks great on the outside; doesn't do the job.

Love the pair, very high quality and powerful. After a month washer showed signs of leaking out the front door. My mistake,I didn`t properly level both the machines[tilting forward],No problems since. The wash system is worth the extra cash.
