Loved this bracelet and bought a second one after my first one broke after about two years. My second one broke, but the seller was quick to resolve the issue!

I wasn't sure whether to give this a 4 or 5 star review. If anything, a 4.5 might best fit, especially considering because anything that would bump it down to a 4 star rating I had already expected before buying the product, but the customer service won me over in the end.I originally ordered the lava stone bracelet and was very excited for my order. When I received it, however, I got a brown and black version of the leather double2 bracelet (which is nice, but not what I wanted). I contacted murtoo and right away they sent me the correct bracelet without having to send the other one back.Both fit like a charm. The 6.5 beads were much smaller than I anticipated, but look good and are very comfortable.There's a SMALL amount of wear on the word "MURTOO" on the metal part of the lava stone bracelet, but that doesn't matter to me at all.It's important to note that the adjustable system is not incredibly easy to work with. When I first took it out of the package I couldn't get it to open up at all. It took some finagling but I eventually got it. It's easier to adjust now after I've already moved it a little bit, but still hard enough that I'm not at all worried about the bracelet getting loose during the day. The downside to this is that the bracelet was difficult to get off with one hand, but ultimately not a huge deal.The essential oil aspect is nice. I primarily bought this bracelet because I thought it'd be nice to smell like grapefruits throughout the day, and a bracelet is a fun way to diffuse.My biggest complaint lies in, once again, the adjustable portion of the bracelet. Once tightened up on your wrist, you still have those two strings hanging down and bumping your hand throughout the day. It's something that would be easy to get used to, but a minor annoyance when doing some tasks.I have less to say about the double2. I vaguely worry about the magnetic clasping system coming undone, but it hasn't been a problem as of yet. Otherwise it's just a nice looking bracelet, but I much prefer my adjustable stone one.All in all, I'd definitely recommend buying from murtoo. I think I might get a second one with some colorful beads, as well. Even with my few complaints, I still love the product, and after my initial disappointment about getting the wrong one, I was impressed with what the seller did for me to resolve my issue.

Broke after a month of wearing. Definitely not water proof

I had recently purchased 2 bracelets both broke within a month apart if you have any questions or problems with bracelets Murtoo will replace items or give you a refund. ... they are really nice bracelets... just need a stronger cord to hold beads secure.

CLEANSED IT IN SALTWATER FOR 3 HOURS,,,TO RELEASE ANY NEGATIVE ENERGY,,,,DRIED IT IN THE SUN FOR A WHOLE DAY TO REVIVE THE CRYSTALS,,,HELD IT UP TO THE FULL MOON AND ASKED FOR GOOD HEALTH, PROSPERITY, SUCCESS, AN FORTUNE DURING THESE TRYING TIMES!!!👍👍👍👍

Excelente, solo que me llego al día siguiente de lo pactado…eso debe de ser foco, por si tienes que viajar, no pueden jugar con tu tiempo, deben ser cumplidos en los días de entrega pactados.

Los materiales de buena calidad y se ve muy bien, lo malo es que me quedo grande!
