Beautural Professional Cordless Hair Clippers, Heavy Duty Rechargeable Hair Trimmer and Hair Cutting Kit with Charging Base, 6 Guide Combs

I recently decided to give up on dealing with the, "Caesar's", style hair I was gifted with and go for the buzz look. I initially went to one of the Super-cuts to have it done but then asked the wife to give it a shot since she had been cutting my hair for decades. Not having the right clippers I bought this set.Overall, I'm very happy with the results. It took a few times of adjusting the blades to what worked for me but now it's a snap. I get my hair banged out in about 15 minutes including the trims.The only thing I had to figure out was their blade measurements, they were a little confusing. That is, most of these sets have blade heads that are just numbered; #1 (being the closest to the scalp) up to higher numbers such as 10-11 which leave more hair. These blade heads are different in that they are spaced differently and in millimeters. For example, the closet to the scalp blade head is 1-3 mm, the next up 4-6, next up, 7-9, etc.Now, while that may seem confusing note that this clipper not only uses the plastic heads that cover the blade but has another adjustment on the handle to move the blades closer or farther from the fork ends on the plastic heads. This adjustment allows you to move the blade from 0.5mm (closest) to 2.5mm (farthest).I don't know what you want as far as length but to give you an idea I use the head 4-6mm and have the handle set at it's farthest 2.5mm. This gives me a really clean, even cut from my sideburns up and around the sides of my head. Leaving the 4-6 blade head on I then finish off moving the handle setting 1.5mm to get those smaller hairs off the top which helps to even things out pretty good.Overall, like I said, after you get used to this clipper, it's great.As just another tip, here are the conversions I found for hair length:#1 = 3mm = about an 1/8 inch of hair standing.#2 = 6mm = about 1/4 inch of hair standing.#3 - 10mm = about 3/8 inch of hair standing.Also, if you want the buzz cut there are a lot of good videos on YouTube showing you the correct way to cut the hair.Hope this helps.

All I can say about this is wow. These just blaze through my hair and are very well balanced. I can't imagine clippers that are 2 or 3 times this price are any better. I don't know how they work with the clips because I don't use a guard. Usually clippers bog down on my hair but these were like a hot knife through butter, actually I think the butter would have more resistance than hair does to these clippers. This is a good product, works very well to cut my own hair, the attachments seem sturdy and attach nice and firmly. Trimmer looks elegant and sleek, battery life is excellent (I trim my hair once a week or so, and I have to recharge maybe once every 2-3 months). Also like the indicator lights on the unit. Initially chose this over a certain brand name offering because that unit looked like a child’s toy with color coded guards (really??). After using this trimmer for 5 months now, I can say this compares favorably with more expensive brand name products, and I am happy with this purchase - would recommend.

The trimmer broke the 2nd time I used it. It appears the springs inside were loose, so it angled and would not cut or accept the attachments. Big bummer because I was really excited about it. When I used it the first time, it did cut well after oiling it. I really liked the design and attachments and ability to slow down the motor, if needed. But, what good is it if it doesn't last?

This seems to work great and the accessories are awesome. The only issue we've run into is it nicks around the ears. Haven't had that problem with other razors and haven't come up with a remedy for this one yet.

Other than please own one. I am amazed at the no guards on the blade, meaning I keep short and sassy on my side's and I can just move the blade from 1mm to 2.5mm awesome!The guards are there but don't need for cutting close.

I was quite apprehensive about cutting hair and especially my own hair but after using this. Wow, it's a piece of cake. Just follow the very complete instructions. This is a very well made clipper.

First time ever that I cut my own hair. Haven't had a haircut in 6 months. My hair was long and thick. I used the the 28-30 guide and just ran it over my scalp. This clipper cut right through without getting hot, pulling hair (didn't tug) and wasn't noisy. Happy with the way it performed.

Product came within five days,ordered 14 Oct 2018-19 Oct 2018,very rapid delivery.Very well packed.I just received it ten minutes ago and tried the machine right away,it is quiet and seems to be powerful.The structure is plastic and light,looks cheap but very beautiful and cute that’s alright for a price. Overall,i like it.I will update the info in a few days after i’ll try it.
