SO BEAUTIFUL
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Â This is much more beautiful than the one I bought last year. Yes, the one on the left was I bought at other stores last year. The one on the right is bought at your shop. Your flame light looks a lot real.I am even a little worried, is this really a fire? Will it burn me? Ok, make a joke.. After two days is my birthday party, I plan to put it in my yard to welcome my friends. All in all, I am very satisfied with this flame light. I think it will play an important role in the next Halloween, Christmas.

looks good
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Â This arrived yesterday on a same day delivery. screwed straight in to my light fitting and looks great at night. Not sure why some people are saying it doesn't look the same as the images on the advert? Mine looks exactly like the images in the advert?

Absolute crap
Not normally one for writing reviews good or bad so I hope that shows how disappointed I was with this. If you're like me you probably saw some vids online of nice smooth LED fire bulbs the type with the solid white case ones that work both ways up and have a silky smooth fire effect. Well be warned this is nowhere near one of those. Essentially you get a multi stages neon sign. If you look closely in the bulb you can see the outlines of the three or so patterns of flame and it essentially rotates between those somewhat quickly but not smoothly. It's like watching a very low frame rate video recording/ effect of a fire. It sort of jitters along. Honestly avoid it just crap if this came from wish I'd not be surprised but also would have paid about 2 quid for it.

Realistic and impressive "flames"!
I wanted a flame bulb, but regular 'flame' bulbs are just dancing globules of light and all the photos they had were photo shopped. These actually look like real flame! The movement isn't 100% as it's jerky, but there is honest to God real looking flames in these bulbs! I am very pleased with the effect these have for the front of my house for Halloween, but these would also look great in a tiki torch or for mood lighting. They light 'dances' on the wall just like a real flame would!I've been running these 24/7 now for 3 weeks. Love these bulbs! So do the neighbors, one already went out and bought a set for their house. Absolutely recommend these. After the Halloween season is over these will move inside to provide a flame like flicker for atmosphere in one of our rooms.Someone asked in one of the questions above so I'll repost here. These appear to be LED driven with LEDs mounted at the bottom of the bulb that shine upwards. If I had to guess, it appears to be an aluminum core with concentric clear acrylic tubes that are laser inscribed with a particular shape of a particular flicker. It appears to be 6 to 8 different flickers, so there'd be 6 to 8 of the concentric acrylic tubes. Then they must have some type of driver board that illuminates the different flickers one at a time.I have not flipped them upside down, so I do not know if the flame will invert or stay in the current orientation.Very cool bulbs indeed!

These bulbs are better than I thought they would be.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Â They are a little larger than I expected (probably didn't read that part). However I am so pleased with the results I have achieved with these bulbs.I wanted the wood burning stove look, without the mess and of course the damage to the environment. So I used two of these bulbs to create this.I am very very happy.

OK depending on what it is in.
This wasn't quite as I expected, We have similar lights in the garden that are inside rectangular lanterns and they look fantastic, so I had high hopes for this at the front of the house inside a round clear dome shaped lamp. The bulb has two settings, one with an animated flame and another with a static flame. In animated mode, close up the flame looks like a number of LEDs illuminating in various sequences and it is effective but jutters between one sequence to the next. It's not a smooth transition between each flame. From a distance it looks good but then it depends what you put it inside. The problem I found and didn't really think about, is the shape of the bulb. I placed it inside a clear dome and all you can see in the dark is the shape of the bulb and it didn't look good and looked very artificial. However, when I then tried it in a carriage type lantern that was just a bit bigger than the bulb that looked much better as that disguised the shape of the bulb and looked more realistic. I think the blocky flame effect does spoil it a bit though but its OK.

Worked great.
I have a wood burner in the lounge which is a dark hole for 9 months of the year. I was looking for a way to introduce some light into it when not in use. I tried a string of outdoor lights but my 4 year old grandson took one look and said "That's not real". So I tried these. Wired 2 of them up and screwed them to a piece of black painted plywood, covered the whole thing with a red translucent vinyl chopping sheet supported with chicken wire. Placed some logs over the whole thing a powered it up. Grandson convinced. He actually tried to warm his hands,
