This is a great headset. I spend a lot of time on the phone and have used headsets in the past that make my ears hurt after not too long. My head is a bit on the wide side and this headset doesn't cause pain even after several hours of use. The headband is metal and can be adjusted/bent as necessary to accommodate a wide head and the swivel ear phones allow the pads to match the angle of the ears, minimizing uneven pressure. I use it with my iPhone and the sound is loud and clear.I did notice that it picks up a lot of wind noise from breathing. This is not a fault of the headset but rather a consequence of having a microphone positioned close to the nose and mouth. The sound quality on this headset is good. Not great but good. The microphone works well as well. There are not many, actually there are no extra features on this headset. The microphone can swivel so that you can have the mic on either side of your face. I suppose that is a feature. The box comes with a lot of different connectors for phones. And it comes with an standard audio jack plug, is why I got it. But there wasn't a USB connector available. Which is too bad. I didn't need the USB connector at present time but it would be nice to have it just in case. There is no volume control nor is there a way to mute the mic. The worst thing about this is the over the head band. It is a thin band and digs into my scalp. If I am wearing a hat it is fine but on my head it is very uncomfortable. So for the money this headset is way overpriced. It should really be more like $20 at most. I would not recommend this headset to anyone.

I use a headset for work and my old one had earpads that were literally disintegrating. This headset is well made and solid. I like the flexible microphone and the sound is excellent. They are noise cancelling which is usually a good thing, except that it muffles my own voice--just takes some getting used to. The only issue I have is that the earpads, which are otherwise very comfortable, are plastic and not breathable. A cloth cover would be lovely.

It took several weeks before I was actually able to try this out. It came with high-quality adapters for everything, except for my cordless phone - which is a 2.5mm jack.An email to customer service had the proper adapter on the way - gratis.Now that I have used it, I can brag on its sound quality. I had to turn DOWN the volume of my phone while on the headset.Now I can wander all over the house while on long-winded conference calls.It has no mute - but my phone does, so not a problem.It is just what I needed!

I was using a Blue Parrott bluetooth headset with my Polycom VVX 600. The phone and my VOIP provider were/are HD voice capable but the Bluetooth headset was not. I was consistently getting complaints of my Bluetooth headset sounding faint or "tinney" so I decided to return to a wired headset.I paid $46.99 for this device and so far I'm very happy.When I first plugged the headset into my Polycom phone the headset was not working properly. But, I added the RJ-PA adapter that was included and my headset worked like a charm.I'd buy this headset again.

While the headphones are comfortable with adequate volume, the microphone does not carry sound well and people can barely hear me. This is connected to a landline desk phone via the handset jack. I've tried the connection with both the optional adapters and the direct connect with no success.

These are great. Love the color. I’ve had them for about a month and they haven’t broken or changed at all. I wish the earpieces were a little more cushioned so it would help with the noise cancellation. How the earpieces are they are padded but they’re flat so it doesn’t really form to your ear. Would definitely recommend for anyone who needs a headset and needs options for connecting them.

Works great. Use it every day for multiple conference calls. Definitely order a pack of the squishy things to cover the microphone because they fall off easily. The only fault I'd say is that the microphone can be too sensitive and picks up conversations of nearby office mates. Also got the complaint I was too loud with the microphone in front of my mouth, so I angled it a little further away and less direct by my mouth.

I am very pleased with this headset and use it for my work in a busy office. They are comfortable, the mouthpiece can be easily moved to your best position and the gold colour makes them look more expensive than they were. The fact I can use with my laptop or for a mainline phone is great and the fact you don't have to separately for the different extensions to do this as they are included made the decision for me to purchase them. I would highly recommend this product!

Klasse Headset. Klare Sprachqualität, angenehm zu tragen. Lange hatte ich nach einem Headset gesucht, das mit meinem Grandsteam und dem Fritztelefon funktioniert. Beides geht hervorragend. Es sind einige Adapter für unterschiedliche Anschlüsse dabei. Das Headset macht einen sehr wertigen Eindruck. Preis Leistung ist hervorragend.

I like the binaural design, and it is comfortable to wear. But does not nearly compare to the original Yealink brand. It is constantly humming through the earphones, so that it is annoying to wear constantly. And the mic needs to be positioned very near the mouth for the customer to hear me, without me needing to speak loudly. And then he can hear the air movement from my breath. Will probably return, and try another one, avoiding the Mairdi brand.
