Each capsule is higher in nutrients than the other brand I previously purchased, these are a much better value, the ingredients are listed as organic. I haven't noticed any difference from the others except I only need 1 capsule vs 2 for the other brand.

After seven years of dealing with chronic, painful acid reflux, this Triphala supplement has restored normal digestion. I am amazed. I've worked in the natural health field for years and tried everything I could get my hands on: Mastic gum, d-Limonene, homeopathic remedies, probiotics, enzymes, detoxes, breathing exercises, acupuncture, Traditional Chinese formulations, fermented foods, you name it! And while I'd heard of Triphala, I never tried taking it consistently. Once I did, my symptoms disappeared. This has been for a few months now, which is how long I take before assessing the effectiveness of a supplement. I am thrilled. My symptoms included: chest pain, excessive burping, stomach pain, slow digestion, burning stomach, low appetite, heartburn, acidity, etc. ALL of these symptoms cleared up significantly within a few weeks and now they're basically gone. I've also tried to reduce the amount of oily, acid-forming foods and that's probably helped too, but I've done that before and it didn't help nearly as much as Triphala. I will take this amazing formula for the rest of my life. Thank you, Ayurveda!

I had dealt with IBS since I was in my 20's and am now over 60. I had tried many different "alternative therapies" but with little or no results, or improvement. About 3 years ago I was doing further research and came across Triphala, as a possible alternative with encouraging results, so I ordered it and began taking it regularly. Within a fairly short period of time realized that it indeed did help, since I quit having the bouts of IBS. I have not stopped taking it since then and don't plan to. It has been the answer for me. I always had these bouts in the middle of the night and I no longer am awakened by that terrible sick feeling that would send me quickly to the bathroom. Thank you so much for offering this wonderful herbal blend. Btw, I do not take pharmaceuticals, so this is all I take for this condition.

I've been studying the holistic health approach Aruyveda for some time and have found great success when applying what I've learned . My greatest benefits have come from supplementing with triphala (which boast a myriad of benefits - for me it's almost eliminated annoying stomach issues like gas, bloating and cramping) and the Maximum Ashwagandha from noomost. I have a pretty significant amount of stress in my life and my level of anxiety was interfering with my ability to relax and rest at night. I've been taking one capsule each morning since January 6, 2020. My anxiety has definitely improved, and I'm sleeping so much better. I 100% recommend this product for anxiety and stress. I am going to try the noomost sleep aid next and I'm excited to see if it works as well. Thank you!
