Twelve South PlugBug Duo | All-in-one MacBook global travel adapter + Dual iPhone/iPad/USB charger

I wanted to trim the weight and space of the charging lead for my Macbook Air whilst traveling and this little adapter does this very well. I cannot fault it at all. The (storage) box that it was delivered in is good, but I wouldn't take that traveling - a small, soft pouch works better for me

It is as described. I did find the inner portion (that connects with the MacBook Pro) came off but i was able to click it back in again and use it without problem. It is quite bulky.

Has to be one of the best accessories i’ve purchased for my Apple devices over the years, and a great addition.Makes European travel very easy, without the bulky travel adapters.

The quality of PlugBug Duo is a joke. It is like from AliExpress for 1 USD...just a shiny, cheap plastic. What is more, the USB charging ports does not work...like...what? Yeah. I have a lot of products from TwelveSouth but that was the last one. Extremely dissapointed and extremely do not recommend.

The Twelve South PlugBug Duo is a great bit of design and it works really well with the Apple Mac power adapter.The build quality is pretty good, the connection between the adaptor and plug is snug and secure and the two USB slots are really useful for plugging in additional stuff that needs a power-only feed (powerpacks, battery chargers, etc).Downsides? The colour is a bit challenging (if you don't like red ... although given that this is Twelve South's corporate colour I guess I 'get' it...). The type of plastic that the plug is moulded from is very slightly more static attractant than the kind that Apple uses. The design does mean that if you try to plug into a socket that's low on a wall you may encounter problems with enough space for the cable (maybe a design change for the next version could be a connector that could swivel Twelve South?).Aside of these fairly minor issues, it's a pretty damn fine product and if you have a Mac, you should definitely buy it.Simplified: this is a great addition to your Apple Mac power adapter.

Fits the iPad Pro charger adapter but does not fit the new MacBook Pro 87W charger adapter.

Great idea that there are two ports. Bad idea to change the format of the plugs. The previous model worked with the standard macbook pro extension lead. This one does not. Did not see that anywhere in the description. Still works but unless the socket is on your desk you will suffer when attaching the short apple power leads. I use my old one extensively as I travel weekly. The outlet locations in hotels are a bit of a gamble. Thought this would be an improvement over the previous model, however it is a step backwards.

¡Excelente! Me parece el cargador más funcional que en el mercado puede haber. La calidad de los materiales es buena (lo suficiente para cumplir su función y resistencia pero podría mejorar mucho más) y funciona perfectamente bien, el precio me parece un poco elevado pero vale mucho la pena. Totalmente recomendable.

This fits on my Mac Air charger very well, its also very handy to have a couple of extra charging ports all in one unit. I highly recommend this product...
