Q: I search for Amazon Prime, get this item, and then it wants to charge me for shipping. What's up with that?

I'm sorry there was a problem with your order! I know Amazon does offer Prime service to their customers, but not all vendors participate in these promotions. They are all the same. Different vendors list the items in a slightly different way.

I bought women's M (6 1/2 to 7 1/2); I wear a size 6 shoe. These slippers are too snug.

Q: What's the difference between "medium" and "medium 6.5 to 7.5"? They're different prices.

There is no difference between the size "medium" and "medium 6.5-7.5" Because there are several vendors, they list the items differently. As far as the difference in price, that is up to the discretion of each vendor.
