Fantastic value
OK, with a little N3450 processor it's never going to be a blazingly fast machine but it does everything I need including web, browsing, MS Office/ email, onedrive access and photoshop/ Lightroom.Casing is all metal and feels solid (a little heavy but that isn't important to me).Keys have a positive action and is nice to type on. The touchpad, while a little skittish sometimes (with my big hands) works fine.Full 1080p screen is clear and bright - not used it in the sun yet though.Battery lasts a good 5 hours or more with web/office use. Idling with the screen off it'll last 8+Looking at forums on the web it seems that it can be a hit/miss affair as to what make/speed eMMC drive comes inside it. Mine came with a samsung one which seemed pretty fast. However, once all the windows updates are installed there isn't much of the 64GB internal eMMC drive left. Bought a 250GB M.2 SSD for it and installed Win10 on that from scratch - Initially a few devices weren't found but once all the windows updates were done, all drivers etc were found installed on their own.Bottom line: It's a great little laptop at a fraction of the price and better build quality than most big name makes. Don't expect it to game on it or to replace an i5/i7 machine but if you just want something as a browser/ office and maybe photo editor it's a bargain. I love it!

Surprisingly good for the price
This laptop was designed by a company that understands how to optimize the hardware at a very attractive price, by removing any weak links. The CPU, the amount of RAM the SSD configuration, the graphics, the battery life, the screen resolution the brushed metal case, the touch-pad, the wireless adapter, are much better than the minimum usable specification most systems at this price point are designed to meet.I do really like this computer. The great thing is that with the full power of Windows and third party software, it can be whatever you need it to be.

Good value for every day use
I wanted to give something a go that wasn't over complicated and didn't have "all the bells and whistles" as quite frankly I never know what they all do and don't really care!I run my own business, and wanted an easily transported laptop that would allow me to do invoicing, reports, emails and the odd excel sheet/ powerpoint presentation. I have found it perfect for this so far. It was so easy to set up! As another review mentioned the printed instructions are poor (badly translated and very basic) but the laptop talked me through things itself and was set up in a matter of minutes and ready to go.The screen is clear and keyboard easy to use, although there are some discrepancies with what is on the key and what happens when you type. I am sure there is a way to change this (I did set it to UK but maybe I need to set to US to match the keyboard). To be honest I have used foreign keyboards before so I quickly fell into using the sharp sign to produce £ and " and @ being the opposite way around! It's not a big deal for me but I can see it would annoy some people! The machine is also light and battery life is good, I can work for several hours without plugging in.Downsides - for me there aren't really any major ones. The memory is small, but I keep everything on hard drives and it's quite a good encouragement to do this often because it won't all fit on the computer! The only other thing that is a bit worrying is that about 3-4 times in the last couple of weeks it has frozen, and won't respond to anything I know to try other than holding the power button down. It has always restarted and I think it might happen when I've had it on y lap for too long and it's gotten hot, but I don't know much about these things. To summarise though definitely worth a go for the money!

An astonishing product for the price.
It's very likely that people in Western Europe will prefer to buy 'brand' laptops, from an established company with certain 'clout', rather than a cheap laptop like this from an unknown Chinese company. It is getting harder and harder however not to notice the huge difference in value for money that this laptop is offering when compared with similar products from the famous brands. What's the catch? Well, none it seems - certainly not in the case of this particular product. To get a 'brand' Windows laptop with a full HD display, a full metal chassis and 6 Gb RAM you would have to spend at least double the price than this little laptop goes for. And you wouldn't get a better product either, it seems. This is a very well built laptop, with a reassuring solidity thanks to the all metal case; it's pretty fast and the display (claimed to be IPS, I think) is unexpectedly good, with wonderful colours and pretty good viewing angles. The only downside would be that, perhaps, the screen is not as bright as it could be - which means it would be hard to work on it outside on a sunny day. The location of the ON/OFF switch is a little dumb, located in a place where most other laptops would have their BACK key or the DELETE key, so one tends to press that by mistake a lot of times, until you get used to the unusual configuration. The keyboard is in fact simplified so that it misses some keys (like 'page down/up' or 'home' and 'end'). However all of these minor gripes are heavily outweighed by the flawless operation of this laptop - and mostly by its price. All things considered this seems like a no-brainer. Hopefully it will teach the big companies a lesson and force them to up their game (it astonishes me, for instance, how they still serenely sell scores of laptops more expensive than this one with below-full-HD resolution, not to mention the meagre specifications - little RAM, old single-core processors etc, when even cheap phones these days tend to be better specified!). A note needs to be made also about the fantastic delivery system which this company employs - the fastest and most efficient by far I have seen to date. You can order this laptop in the evening and you will have it delivered the next day! Also, I can testify to the fast and painless system of replacing a product if you wish to change it or return it. I have had to replace two Jumper laptops, before I settled on this one (the first was a cheaper model I didn't like, while the second time I foolishly ordered an older model by mistake, so had that replaced as well - all very quickly and painlessly). This brings me to an important point: I strongly recommend that you stick with this particular model, and avoid other cheaper or older models. Those will truly feel cheap and plasticky and slow. This particular model is a winner and I recommend it very highly indeed.
