Right it would have been 5 stars as delivery was quick, letter box friendly and it came in a satisfying pouch. Looked very professional and suitable looking for a present. This was for me and although being of reasonable intelligence and sane mind I could not work out how to shorten the strap. In a moment of clarity I made a decisive snip of the scissors only to find out that I had then ruined the bracelet. There were no instructions and if doing again I now understand how easy it can be. The reviews for this product are good but due to no instructions and my ignorance it is in the bin. A very expensive mistake as can't justify another £16.99. Feel disappointed as had great hopes. Nice looking product ,well made and great colour.

I must admit to being a total sceptic. I was wrong aches and pains I've had for ages in shoulders have gone. Whilst it cannot take away to pain caused by a compressed disc it seems to help

I first saw this attractive looking black and red strap on my brother in law's arm. He told me what it was and what it did.I told him that I always have pain in my right wrist and elbow and he suggested I get it. I told him no thanks. He then said buy it and if it doesnt relieve the pain, he'll pay me the money spent. So I did.It came nicely presented with a pouch (see photo) and looked excellent so I put it on.Absolutely no difference. Pain was still there. After three days of wearing it day and night, I couldn't believe it. The pain had vanished.I can now move my wrist in a circular motion without pain. And I can stretch out my now painless arm without hearing a bone crack in my elbow. Even started playing pain-free snooker again.Of course some might say it's all in the head. Well, all I can say is ... I'm not taking it off! Don't continue to suffer guys. Get yourself one.

I've had it a few weeks now I brought it mostly for RLS and some pains I've been having in my body and hands not sure what it is but it is painful like a shingles pain but everywhere but anyway I have tried every thing and i didn't hold much hope for this but i think it's working my legs are much calmer and the pain in my body is so much better it weird its still there but it seem duller less intense i dont understand it even reading the description i dont get it but it has definitely done something and i dont think it in my mind becouse i really thought it wouldn't work and thought it would be another waste of money but it seem to be a good purchase as it not very expensive and seem to have done something so far im very happy and would say give it a go you never know it might help (even though I don't know how ) 😁

I bought one of these for me and one for a friend. I am just getting used to using it but so far it seems great for help with sleep and general calmness. Great product

I like the fact that my most recent band has a conventional fastening, rather than one you have to cut to length and then clip it, unsuccessfully as it turned out, as I lost it after a few weeks. This one is likely to be more successful, and it is well worth trying out.
