I wish I had read Jaime C's review before buying. She/he hit it right on the head. I purchased this product because we keep our butter in the fridge and it seemed like a good idea being able to make little wormy curly cues out of the cold butter so it would spread easier. WRONG.To get the knife on the correct angle to get the curly cues you have to dig down into the cold, hard butter about 1/8" which sounds simple but ….. Then you then have to hold the stick of butter with your hand because it starts sliding across the plate.Maybe there are other knives out there like this but I expected the "worm makers" on the knife to more like a grater so you could just easily slide it across the top of the butter. Not sure how all of the 5 star people are doing it - maybe I should just stay out of the kitchen like my wife asks!!

I was constantly cutting my sponges when I washed my knives- but no more. This knife cleaner is very safe to hold in one hand with a knife in the other hand. There are brushes attached to the the top and to the bottom. I put a drop of soap on the knife and slip it horizontally into the gap of the brushes. The brush ends are perpendicular to the flat of the knife. As I move the knife in and out, I put pressure down and then up to clean both sides of the knife. Works great, it’s safe, and saves my sponges.

I bought this after seeing it at a family's house. As my husband is a Chef we hand wash a ton of knives. I'm always nervous to cut myself (again) this is amazing. It is so nice not to have to worry about myself or others when doing dishes. It cleans so well and is very user friendly. Would recommend this 100% to everyone

I bought this after seeing it on a video, and I cannot tell you how much I love using it. I was like "I am not sure how much better could this be than my sponges" but it is better. My knifes feel super clean b/c of the sturdy brushes and you just put a dab of soap on the brush end and then run your knife though it until you are satisfied. It keeps your hands and fingers aware from the sharp blade and takes all/any anxiety out of cleaning any type of knife. It works on both regular and serrated knifes w/o issue. HIGHLY recommend!!

Ever since I started buying really nice knives for the kitchen, I have been cutting through my dish sponges like crazy. Once I found this, it's been extremely nice. Works perfectly and I have yet to see any scratches on my knives.

I was kind of disappointed in this gadget. It does work, scrubbing the debris off the utensils, but....It takes double the time to use this than to just take a scour sponge to clean it.. It's sturdy but I'm not sure it was worth the effort. I had a feeling it was a little gimmicky.

Perfect for cleaning your seatbelt. “Why should I bother doing that?” Most seatbelts are never cleaned and they can stain your nice shirts without you realizing it.

I have very expensive knives which I have been putting in the dishwasher (a no-no, I know) because I was afraid of cutting myself washing them. Now I have a way to clean them without fear of hurting myself. I just squirt a bit of dish soap between the brushes and scrub away, then rinse and dry. Be sure to put the dull edge of the blade in toward your hand.
