This back pack is definitely not 20 inches looks nothing like the picture very small I don't recommend this to anyone who goes to the gym or is stalky cuz it will not work for you the straps are to short and thin as well the pockets aren't even that big either, I would've not posted this but I don't want anyone getting screwed over, also I Def will have a hard time trusting amazon and reading other reviews on here for a product.

Odor that makes it impossible to breathe
My backpack arrived yesterday. I immediately took it out of the box to use it and as I took it out of the box this putrid odor came from the box.When I woke up this morning the smell had engulfed my entire house. As I moved toward the back pack the odor sent me into a violent asthma attack.There is absolutely no way I can keep or use this product.It's so beautiful. Really nice product but something very toxic is wrong here.
